The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to your community.
SASSA are going to be rendering providers including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency mentioned it can be alarmed regarding the significant number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office focused on service the area each day. The company stage created for intervention encounters a high inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it difficult with the office to attend to all people who visit a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra assets to help the servicing of all shoppers and boost access to Social more info Assistance services,” the agency said.
